We’re founders, developers, designers, product managers, and experts from all over the world, united by our obsession with craft, community, and mission-driven products. We share our insights on the Swarm forum, pitch top-tier startup projects and collaborate on them together in Bzzaar, and hang out together in events like our weekly Swarm Salons.

We were founded by CEO Dexter Ligot-Gordon, CTO Jan Aaron Lee, and CDO Alexis Collado in 2020 for a new vision for the world of work. Today, we've connected dozens of founders to builders that have helped them build high-value, high-impact startup projects, and we're just getting started.

Our vision is to decentralize the tech workforce, enabling professionals to have flexible careers with a strong sense of teams and access to the same benefits they could earn as a full time employee.
