Pollen
Pollen is how we reward insightful replies on our community forum.
You’ll get 3 pollen every day to award helpful discussions on Swarm!
Pollen refills every day, so bee sure to use it up!
Praise
Use pollen to praise fellow swarmies for sharing skills, insights, and advice!
Sending them pollen shows that you found their discussion —helping them build their reputation on Swarm.
How it works
- Click on the “Praise” button in discussion replies. 📩
- Select up to 3 skills that you want to award pollen for. 🎖(ex. Design, Javascript, Copywriting, Product Management, etc.)
- Write a testimonial to let the Swarmie know what made their insights praiseworthy!
We’ll let the Swarmie know you praised them (and we’ll let you know if you get pollen, too!)

Honey
Build your credibility on Swarm!
All the pollen you earn turns into honey: your reputation score.
Honey signals your credibility as an expert in your domain. The higher your honey, the more the Swarm community trusts you, giving you a higher chance of landing awesome projects!
