about the role

You will own and operate Swarm’s event-led GTM motion end to end, shaping how we engage decision-makers through a combination of strategy, systems, and high-touch events. This includes sourcing and qualifying the right leaders, executing events, and carrying relationships through to meaningful conversations and pipeline.

This role combines GTM systems work, account-based sourcing, hands-on event execution, and close collaboration with Growth, Revenue, and strategic partners. You will typically support 3-4 major regional or local GTM initiatives per quarter, depending on opportunity with a focus on vertically driven, decision-maker–level engagement.

about Swarm

Swarm is a global AI consultancy and solutions partner that helps enterprises deploy AI systems across strategy and implementation. We work closely with senior leaders across industries to turn domain-specific use cases into bespoke solutions and measurable business outcomes. Our GTM approach is relationship-driven and vertically focused, combining targeted outreach, strategic partnerships, and high-touch events to engage decision-makers and support enterprise conversations.

WHAt you'll own

Event Planning and Execution

  • Own the full lifecycle of Swarm’s GTM events on a quarterly basis.
  • Plan and execute private dinners, partner events, and launches aligned to industry and vertical priorities.
  • Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, reservations, timelines, and run-of-show planning.
  • Ensure events run smoothly and support productive relationship-building between attendees, partners, and the sales team.

Pre-Event GTM Systems and Lead Sourcing

  • Source and qualify event attendees using LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator), Apollo, and Clay, in partnership with the Revenue team.
  • Build and maintain workflows for lead qualification, invitations, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Define and implement UTM structures and tracking conventions for event-related outreach, registrations, and follow-ups.
  • Work with the Growth team on event messaging, positioning, and outreach strategy.
  • Coordinate with partners such as AWS and OpenAI on joint events and GTM initiatives.

On-Site Support and Relationship Management

  • Support sales during events by providing attendee context, background, and follow-up guidance.
  • Help maintain continuity in conversations before, during, and after events.
  • Act as a point of coordination between internal teams, partners, and attendees during live events.

Post-Event Follow-Through

  • Own post-event outreach and follow-ups with the goal of driving booked calls.
  • Partner with Revenue to route conversations into the appropriate pipelines and deals.
  • Track event-driven outcomes including booked calls, pipeline influenced, and closed-won impact where applicable.
  • Ensure attribution is captured through UTMs, CRM fields, and supporting GTM workflows.
  • Maintain visibility into event performance and refine follow-up approaches over time.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Experience working with GTM systems, revenue operations, growth operations, or similar roles.
  • Comfort sourcing and qualifying accounts and working directly with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams across planning, execution, and follow-through.
  • Clear communicator who works well across Growth, Revenue, and partner teams.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adjusting plans based on opportunity and context.

THIS ROLE IS NOT A FIT IF YOU
  • Prefer working within a narrowly defined function rather than owning work end to end.
  • Are looking for a role focused only on tooling, analytics, or backend systems without live execution.
  • Are uncomfortable switching between internal coordination and external, customer-facing work.
  • Prefer highly structured environments with fixed playbooks and limited ambiguity.
  • Expect event execution to be handled entirely by external vendors or coordinators.
  • Are uncomfortable sourcing leads, qualifying accounts, or working directly with senior decision-makers.
  • Do not enjoy working cross-functionally with Growth, Revenue, and external partners.
  • Are unwilling to be on-site for events or take ownership of real-time coordination and follow-through.
