As a Graphic Design Intern for the Growth team, you will support how Swarm shows up visually across our go-to-market initiatives, including thought leadership, reports, campaigns, events, and launches.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You’ll work closely with Growth and Marketing to translate ideas, narratives, and strategy into clear, high-quality visual assets. You’ll support multiple initiatives at once and help ensure visual consistency across channels, formats, and audiences.

Swarm is a global AI consultancy and solutions partner that helps enterprises deploy AI systems across strategy and implementation. We work closely with senior leaders across industries to turn domain-specific use cases into bespoke solutions and measurable business outcomes.

The growth team plays a central role in shaping how Swarm shows up across campaigns, content, and events to engage decision-makers and support enterprise conversations.

Visual Design and Art Direction

• Design high craft visual assets including social posts, ads, event materials, and presentation decks.
• Adapt core designs into multiple formats and sizes for different channels (LinkedIn, email, web, events).
• Help translate messaging and positioning into clear visual hierarchies and layouts.

Marketing & GTM Collaboration

• Assist in the planning, conceptualization, and coordination of multichannel marketing strategies with Growth and Revenue team.
• Visualize graphics such as carousels, infographics, and other content to support thought leadership strategy.
• Support rapid iteration based on feedback, performance, or shifting priorities.

Event Production and Design Support

• Assist with on-site event coverage where needed; photography and content capture are a plus.
• Help with basic event production needs such as lighting and audio setup.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Comfortable executing within an existing brand system.
• Able to take feedback, iterate quickly, and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of craft and polish.
• Interest in startups, tech, or AI is a plus.
• We prioritize candidates currently based in the Philippines. However, we are open to exceptional remote talent.
