As a Marketing Intern of the Growth team, you will support Swarm’s go-to-market efforts across content, campaigns, events, and distribution.

You’ll work closely with the Growth and Revenue team to help turn positioning, insights, and events into coordinated marketing outputs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversations with decision-makers.

The Growth team plays a central role in shaping how Swarm shows up across campaigns, content, and events to engage decision-makers and support enterprise conversations.

Campaign and Content Support

• Support the execution of Growth campaigns across channels.
• Help coordinate content for thought leadership posts, reports, and announcements.
• Assist with copy preparation, scheduling, and publishing for social media and newsletters.
• Help maintain content calendars, campaign trackers, and internal documentation.

Marketing & GTM Collaboration

• Help translate strategy and messaging into coordinated marketing outputs.
• Coordinate timelines, assets, and dependencies across campaigns and launches.
• Support campaign iteration based on performance and feedback.

Event Marketing and Execution

• Support marketing efforts around events, including invites, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.
• Assist with event logistics, coordination, and on-the-ground support when needed.
• Help capture content during events (notes, insights) for post-event marketing.
• Support post-event recap content and distribution.
