The challenge
A web agent is only useful if it finishes the job. Many sites are built to stop bots, with bot detection and CAPTCHAs, and the client’s agent kept running into them. Each time, it got stuck partway through a task.
The solution
Felvin AI built an anti-bot and anti-CAPTCHA system into the agent, so it gets past the checks that used to stop it, and built scalable backend infrastructure to run it.
The system uses OpenAI’s GPT-4 and Mistral models.
